HOW WE DO IT
We didn’t become Northern New Jersey’s largest and most trusted beer distributor by doing the same things in the same way as all the others. Take a tour through the unique processes we have in place to help drive your success.
We don’t just distribute beer, we also put in the time needed to really understand who makes it, who sells it, and who drinks it. By having a deep understanding of your needs and preferences, we can get the right beer to the right people at the right time.
On the product side, we provide in-house, in-depth training to educate all our salespeople, merchandisers, and the draft team about each brand’s history and individual products. For retailers, we teach bar owners and bar tenders, restaurateurs, servers, and store owners about each brew’s attributes and proper pouring techniques.
A big source of Peerless pride is ensuring that the beer we distribute – eight million cases every year – is always kept at optimum quality and at its freshest right up to the minute it’s served.
Peerless’ large, young delivery fleet of 65 vehicles in varying sizes allows for scalability to customer needs. Our twenty-four-hour, next-day delivery cycle and state-of-the-art tracking technology guarantees that when the beer is needed, the beer arrives.
Peerless has expertise in promoting brands in many exciting ways. Launch Events provide high-energy, high-visibility introductions. Our Tap Takeovers allow bar and restaurant customers to enjoy a range of beers in a brewery’s lineup. Try-before-you-buy Sampling Events reach consumers in grocery environments. Beer Dinners at restaurants teach small groups of consumers how to pair great food with great beer, while Beer Festivals reach large audiences. And our year-round Social Media postings showcase brands and promote events via numerous channels.
Anchored by a Photovoltaic Solar Electric Generation system that provides 90% of our electricity needs, Peerless is committed to reducing our carbon footprint and preserving our planet for years to come. We’re proud to recycle 100% of our cardboard, plastic, and wood pallet; a whopping 1.2 million pounds a year!
